The musical “REBELLIA [1991]” in Prague!

This spring, the MUR creative collective will perform its new musical “REBELLIA [1991]” in Prague. On March 5, 2027, at Divadlo Hybernia, the audience will witness the story of a struggle that changed the fate of an entire country and restored Ukraine’s independence. Performed by talented actors, the stage will bring to life iconic figures of the Ukrainian resistance movement – from Vasyl Stus to Viacheslav Chornovil. An event awaits you that combines documentary theater and music and reminds us of what matters most: our freedom is the result of a tireless struggle.

MUR in the Czech Republic as Part of an International Tour!

MUR is once again heading out to meet audiences in Europe to present a musical about the restoration of independence. Audiences can expect an emotional journey through Ukrainian history: from the Club of Creative Youth, the Sixtiers movement, a newspaper office where Symonenko worked, through the forests of Bykivnia, the meetings of the People’s Movement, the tragedy at the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant, the rallies in Lviv, and the U.S. president’s visit to Ukraine, all the way to the raising of the Blue-and-Yellow flag in the Verkhovna Rada.
